Whitemud Resources Inc. has developed a world-class kaolin deposit in southern Saskatchewan to manufacture metakaolin, a performance enhancing additive to concrete.  Whitemud's large kaolin resource and unique process positions the company to be the leading supplier of metakaolin to the North American concrete industry.

Our product, Whitemud^MK is made from kaolin, a naturally occuring clay that is mined and processed into high grade metakaolin.  It is a unique concrete additive that enhances the strength, versatility and durability of all concrete products, including ready-mix, oilwell cement and pre-cast.  Whitemud^MK can replace up to 20% of the portland cement used to manufacture concrete while enhancing the performance and reducing the cost.
